She offers serves in the Inland Empire and most of its surrounding areas.She offers non judgmental, non-denomination services specializing in ceremonies for multi-racial/multi-ethical couples, LGBTQIA+ couples, special wedding rituals (unit

Tracy is currently working on her Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) at Capella University, MN. Her primary research project is focused on decreasing the number of Black/African American and other Birthing People of Color, who are dying at a 3-4 times higher rate than their white peers. Through research, advocacy and activism she is passion
Tracy is currently working on her Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) at Capella University, MN. Her primary research project is focused on decreasing the number of Black/African American and other Birthing People of Color, who are dying at a 3-4 times higher rate than their white peers. Through research, advocacy and activism she is passionate about enabling all women regardless of their marital status, education attainment, income level , or race the right to have Doula services.
On January 1, 2023 the State of California gave qualified Community Doulas the opportunity to become Medi-Cal providers. Doulas of all levels of experience are invited to participate in Tracy's research study by completing a survey and be part of the change.
