About Us

Tracy has been a mobile Notary since 2017.  She is based in the Inland Empire and serves most of its surrounding areas. She will quickly, efficiently, and correctly handle any necessary documents. Such as:  

Financial documents (ie..loan signing and property deeds),  

Legal documents (power of attorney, wills, advanced directives, and court documents),  

Business documents (articles of incorporation and necessary contracts).

Tracy has been a Wedding Officiant since 2020 offering services through The Knot and Wedding Wire. She offers serves in the Inland Empire and most of  its surrounding areas.She offers non judgmental, non-denomination services specializing in ceremonies for multi-racial/multi-ethical couples, LGBTQIA+ couples, special wedding rituals (unity candle, jumping the broom, moments of reflection, acknowledgement of those who have passed away, etc..) destination weddings, and more. 

Tracy is currently working on her Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) at Capella University, MN. Her primary research project  is focused on  decreasing the number of Black/African American and other Birthing People of Color, who are dying at a 3-4 times higher rate than their white peers. Through research, advocacy and activism she is passionate about enabling all women regardless of their marital status, education attainment, income level , or race the right to have Doula services.
